1. Who we are
Pro Coloring Pages is a free printable coloring-page catalog run by Morfaz Studio. We do not sell products, we do not run user accounts, and we do not ask for personal information at any point in the normal use of the site.
2. Information we collect
We collect a small amount of technical information automatically when you use the Service:
- Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referrer, timestamp). These rotate automatically and are used only for site reliability and abuse prevention.
- Download events: when you click a Download button on a coloring-page detail page, we log which page was downloaded along with your IP address and browser type. We use this to understand which pages are popular and to detect abusive automated downloading. No identity is attached to these logs.
- No accounts, no PII forms: we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, payment information or any personal identifier. There is nothing to sign up for.
3. Cookies and tracking
Pro Coloring Pages does not set tracking cookies. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social-media trackers. Your browser may store essential session state (theme preference, etc.) using browser storage, which never leaves your device.
If we ever add an optional analytics service (for example, a privacy-respecting tool like Plausible), we will update this page and make the change visible before turning it on.
4. Third-party services
We use Telegram on the operator side to receive internal notifications when a coloring page is downloaded. The notification contains the page that was downloaded, the variant number, the timestamp, and the visitor's IP address and user-agent string. These notifications go only to a private chat owned by Morfaz Studio; Telegram itself is bound by its own Privacy Policy.
All coloring-page files are served directly from our own server. We do not use third-party file hosting that would receive your information.
5. Children's privacy
Pro Coloring Pages is designed to be safe for children to view alongside their parents or teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Because the site does not have accounts, contact forms, comment sections or any other way to submit personal information, there is no mechanism by which a child could share identifying information with us. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has somehow provided information to us, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
6. How long we keep information
Server logs rotate automatically and are typically discarded within 30 days. Download-event records are kept in aggregated form (counts per page, no individual IPs) for product analytics; the raw events are not retained beyond what is needed to send the Telegram notification.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) or other local laws — including the right to know what we collect, the right to ask us to delete data we hold about you, and the right to object to processing.
Because we do not store personal identifiers, our ability to look up “your” data is limited — but if you contact us with your IP address(es) and an approximate time window, we will search and respond. Email [email protected].
8. Security
The Service runs over HTTPS. Server logs and the Telegram channel are protected by standard infrastructure security. We follow reasonable industry practices, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add an analytics tool or change the way downloads are tracked. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
